61st Annual Singing Christmas Tree
Do you give discounts for groups?

Yes!  If you order 30 or more tickets, you will receive $2 off the regular price of each ticket.  Please call our Ticket Box Office (916) 856-5604 for more information.

Do you have a children’s and senior’s discount?

Yes, children (ages 3-12 years) and seniors (62 years and up) will receive $2 off the regular ticket price of each ticket at any matinee performance (1:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m.).  Children ages 0-2 years are admitted free when sitting on an adult’s lap.

Is the performance appropriate for children?

Yes, all performances are appropriate for the whole family and children of all ages.

We suggest that the attendance of young children should be up to the discretion of the parent.  Out of consideration to our other guests, we ask that babies and very young children (0-2 years) be brought to the 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. performances only.

Do you have Handicap Accessible Wheelchair Seating?

Yes, handicap accessible wheelchair seating is located on the main floor and can be purchased through the Ticket Box Office only.  For more information, please call (916) 856-5604.

Is there a Hearing Impaired (signed) performance?

Yes, both Hearing Impaired (signed) performances are on Sundays at 7:00 p.m. and can be purchased through the Box Office only.  For more information, please call (916) 856-5604.

Do you have an elevator for balcony seating?

Yes.

Where can I buy tickets?

Online: Order tickets year round at www.sct.cc.  It’s quick & easy.  Pick your own seats.  A seating chart is available.

By Phone: Tickets can be purchased by calling the Ticket Box Office at (916)856-5604 beginning September 25, 2017. We check messages periodically before this date and will return your call to take group orders.

In Person: The Box Office is open beginning September 25.  Box Office Hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The Box Office is closed on Fridays and Saturdays and is open on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for walk-ups only.  The Box Office is located at 9470 Micron Avenue, Sacramento, CA  95827.

 

What form of payment do you receive?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, checks and cash at the Box Office.  Online and telephone requests must be made using Visa or MasterCard only.

If I order tickets online, when will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be mailed to you in the first week of October.

Can I exchange or get a refund for unused tickets?

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Please verify availability before purchasing.

Where are the Singing Christmas Tree performances being held?

All performances for the Singing Christmas Tree are held at the Capital Christian Center Main Auditorium located at 9470 Micron Avenue, Sacramento, CA  95827.

Directions

Do you charge for parking?

All parking is FREE, and there is plenty of parking at all performances.

Is there Handicap parking?

Yes, on both the East and West sides of the facility.

What is the benefit of being on the mailing list, and how can I make sure my name is on it?

When purchasing tickets, please make sure that we have your correct mailing address.  Postcards for the next year’s production are mailed based on this information.  Additionally, those patrons who provide us with an email address when ordering tickets can receive email updates throughout the next Singing Christmas Tree season.
